Formulated for hard gainers, who include virtually every person over 30, the Labrada Nutrition Lean Body Mass 60 comes with a blend of six high-quality proteins that are time-released for a sustained supply. It also includes 5 g of micronized creatine monohydrate per serving to force the retention of water in the muscles for greater growth and expansion.
The “60″ in the name of the protein supplement refers to the 60 g of protein that is available for each serving. As it is 98% lactose-free and 96% fat-free, it does not result to a feeling to a bloated or distended stomach. Neither does it contain aspartame, sucrose, or fructose.
The protein contents are sourced from a blend of whey protein concentrate, hydrolyzed whey protein isolate, milk protein isolate, calcium caseinate, and clutamine peptide. To enhance its flavor, it contains maltodextrin and alkali-processed cocoa. It is available in two flavors, namely, chocolate and vanilla ice cream.
There is a slight variation in the calorie content of the two flavors, with chocolate registering 610 while vanilla is at 615. The same is true with total fat and cholesterol, 7 g and 90 mg respectively for chocolate, and 6 g and 95 mg for vanilla. Sodium is 250 mg for chocolate, while vanilla has more at 300 mg. Vitamins and minerals are also incorporated with the Labrada Nutrition Lean Body Mass 60. It has Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, C, D, and E. It also comprises the minerals calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, iron, iodine, and zinc.
With all its protein, vitamins, and mineral contents, the Lean Body Mass 60 is excellent at building and bulking muscles as well as repairing them. However, it is only a supplement and it must be taken with solid but balanced meals. It is ideally taken at mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and before bedtime, about 2-3 hours after your meals. For persons weighing 150 lbs or less, three half-servings a day is sufficient, while those who are heavier will have to take three full servings a day.
