Drinking the recommended two servings a day, on the other hand, will provide you with more than sufficient protein to grow your muscles.
The protein contents of the supplement comes from Labrada’s proprietary LeanPro, a blend of cross-flow micro ultra-filtered whey protein concentrate as well as isolate, soy protein isolate, milk protein isolate, and glutamine peptides.
